• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
• Single account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on mega365. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, current, and truthful.

Registration & Account Management

The mega365 account registration process is designed to be simple and fast without compromising security. Here is what you need to know about your account:

Password & Security: You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including mega365 support staff — we will never ask for your password.

Identity Verification (KYC): mega365 enforces a transparent KYC process to ensure the safety of all members. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card, proof of address, and payment method details. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

• Account information must be updated if any changes occur, such as a phone number or email address.
• Mega365 reserves the right to suspend any account for security review purposes at any time.
• You must notify mega365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a small monthly administrative fee.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Mega365 provides a variety of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 10 with no maximum daily deposit limit for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds. If a delay occurs, please contact support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for members who have completed KYC. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the member's name.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mega365 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions designed to add value to your gaming experience. However, all bonuses are subject to clear and transparent wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received has its own wagering requirements, clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that do not meet the qualifying conditions) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 working days.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the mega365 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution

Mega365 is committed to resolving any dispute in a fair, prompt, and user-friendly manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our platform, please follow the process below:

1. Contact Support: The first step is to contact the mega365 support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute.
2. Internal Review: Our team will review your case within 3 working days and provide an initial response.
3. Case Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the case may be escalated to a senior supervisor for further review within 7 business days.
4. Final Resolution: The senior supervisor's decision following a full review is final on behalf of mega365.

Terms Amendments & Notifications

Mega365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. All active members will be notified of effective amendments via:

• In-platform pop-up notifications on mega365 upon login.
• Email notification to the address registered on your account.
• Announcements in the platform's news or promotions section.

Minor amendments that do not affect members' fundamental rights may not require a separate notification. However, material changes — particularly those involving financial policies, withdrawal limits, or bonus terms — will always be communicated in advance with a notice period of at least 7 days.
